In the Information Age, even extraordinary successes are short-lived. Innovation must be hot wired into an organisation today for it to be sustainable.  Less of a problem for companies which are only a few years old. But for the bulk of the business register, innovation remains a challenge, part of a high-stakes struggle, requiring continual attention. Built Identity performs innovation inventories, to pinpoint where new ideas are emerging from, and where more are required. We then set up programmes to stimulate, focus and monitor innovative processes, in line with management goals. Built Identity also works on an ad hoc basis as an innovation lab, managing specific projects.
