Hans Axel knows from the inside the dynamics of organisations, how big corporations are structured, what resources they need to thrive, and how they provide value for their various stake holders. He has worked for global players including the Carlsberg Group, the world’s fourth largest brewing group. Hans Axel is intimately familiar with the needs of smaller institutional clients, too; he has also worked as legal counsellor to the Danish Association of Architectural Firms. He graduated with a Master of Law from University of Copenhagen in 1993.

Turning management strategies into tangible results, requires a design process on its own. It is called Design Thinking. With Co-creation tools Hans leads cross organisational, change and innovations processes with top management into tangible results ready for execution, key to the succes of our customers as well as the commercial and creative success of Fridbjørg (Built Identity).

Kim graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture, Copenhagen, in 1992. Ever since, Kim Fridbjørg has been working within various design fields, from head of design for film and theatre productions, museums exhibitions and head of design in esteemed design and architecture companies in Denmark. For the last 15 years, Kim has worked as an independent designer and architect in the borderline between design, architecture and scenography. Kim Fridbjørg is a visual storyteller who recognizes the value and importance of complexity as a discipline in thefield of design thinking, where the objective is to make the world a better and more interesting place. Kim Fridbjørg works freely and often creates experimental work by combining expressions from classical, avantgarde and traditional languages presenting new, intriguing and honest statements. Hiswork is highly recognized and established through his architectural work, his works of fine art, his designs for film, theatre, television as well as his products for the ’design scene’. Kim has in frequent intervals been working as lecturer and teacher for the creative institutions in Denmark and Germany.
Next to his role as creative director and partner in his studio Fridbjørg Architects, Kim works as a jury member at the Index design organisation and futhermore he is appointed an external critique at Danish design schools by the Ministry of Culture.
